4L80E Tail Housing Conversion Kit

This kit converts the4L80E transmission to a factory mechanical speedometer, while retaining a functional VSS for the fuel injection computer.
  • Tail housing and Bolts
    • Drive Gear.
    • Sleeve and Driven Gear.
    • Sleeve Retainer & Bolt
    • New VSS Sensor.
    • New Reluctor.
    • Reluctor / Drive Gear Bushings
    When ordering please supply a rear axle ratio and tire diameter, this will determine the correct speedo gears, and overall, the correct MPH.

    Please let us know if you are using the type A or type B output shaft. See picture.
