Cable Driver LS1 motor LS2 Wiring | LS3 wiring | Vortec | 4L60E

This is the complete mechanical cable control solution for the 4L60E, powered by the LT1, LS1, LS2, LS3 or Vortec LS. The signal rides off of the 40 tooth reluctor ring, located on the output shaft.

The IC logic accepts the pulse then spins the motor and cable at the correct rate. The MCC (mechanical cable controller) is fully programmable, to any, drive and driven gear combination you have.

This is the best way to run an automatic, for one sole reason. The other option you have is, convert the rear case to accept the VSS reluctor, plus the drive and driven gear. Remember you must have the original 4L60E for this unit. It works off of the factory reluctor ring. Pic above.

LT1-LS1-Vortec Vehicle Speed Sensor. This vehicle speed sensor and ring install on the output shaft, by way of slip clamp.

If you are placing a LT1, LS1 or Vortec engine into a car of truck / off-road vehicle with a standard transmission, this sensor and ring will supply a usable speed signal to the ECM.Thus supplying a usable voltage to the internal program, allowing you access to digital VSS, and Highway mode. Not to be used with transfer cases.
